THE STATE LEGISLATURE OF NEVADA JUST RATIFIED THE EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT LEAVING ONLY 2 STATES TO GO INCL FLORIDA, SO EQUAL TREATMENT OF THE SEXES WILL BECOME LAW OF THE LAND IN OUR US CONSTITUTION.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORKING HARD FOR THIS TO MAKE SEX DISCRIMINATION A VIOLATION OF OUR CONSTITUTION FOR YOU, MALE AND FEMALE ALIKE.
JUST THAT WE FEMALES TAKE THE BRUNT OF SEX DISCRIMINATION.

Do not DELETE THE ABOVE. If "the other political party" wording distresses you, then publish after deleting the words as ERA is not partisan, not about abortion (except that all the states with state ERAs experience FEWER abortions, just fyi; we have no policy and believe it's up to each person to decide.)

Edit as you wish, but publish. I am not a terrorist nor partisan. We are a grassroots nonprofit of 300 000 + members. Please reconsider. as it does not serve nursing well to dismiss ERA work as it benefits you and all once 2 more states vote for it

I work hard for your equal wages, raises, advancement opportunities, domestic violence as a crime, among other things we females now lack and I am a 35 yr ARNP and would feel diminished to say the least if you were to delete my post above as revamped by request.
