Attendance at meetings - please read

Please be courteous to your fellow members and make every effort to attend or cancel the week before  a meeting in order to give others a chance to attend. We had 32 sign up for last meeting and only 26 attended. Not only does this prevent others from attending who would have been able to come, but the sponsor must also pay for those dinners regardless if they are eaten as the cost is based on the number of guests who signed up 3 days prior which is when I usually send the attendance list. Canceling the day of the meeting does not help fellow members as there is not enough time for them to be notified of the spot.

Also please note that there are always two sign in sheets, one for the sponsor and one for West Coast Council
